NJ Music Society
April 19th, 2015Note: the following is an announcement for an independent group. This group is not affiliated with the New Jersey Classical Guitar Society.
————————
Hello guitarists! I am a professional classical clarinetist in Northern NJ and have been working to develop a music series here in Northern and Central NJ. I thought I would reach out and see if any of you would be interested in being part of the roster for chamber concerts. We were called the New York Chamber Virtuosi in NYC, and now I reformed the group and it’s called New Jersey Music Society. Our site is www.njmusicsociety.com – all performances give a stipend, and the musicians work together to create fun programs for different audiences. I’ve played with guitarists in the past, and love the repertoire (we used to play some of the flute/guitar repertoire and it worked well!) If interested, please send your materials (head shot, resume, sound file) to njmusicsociety@gmail.com. Looking forward to meeting you and making music together!
